Wouldn’t it be great to personalize your gift of a Christmas centerpiece? Well, it is really not that difficult! Imagine what type of person the gift is for. How much do you want to spend? With all of these things in mind, you can easily create a “masterpiece” centerpiece!
If you want to make a centerpiece for someone into music, you can easily create several unique pieces. One idea is to take sheet music, roll it up and stick it in amongst some poinsettias. You can get musical instrument picks from local craft stores to add some gold or silver sparkle to it too! It makes it very unique when you add picks, bows or other accessories from the instrument that the individual plays.
Silk candy cane lily stems can make a very festive centerpiece and when you add your own striped candy canes and peppermints (either the real thing or artificial), it just adds that extra touch!
Amaryllis is another great pick for a centerpiece. You can create a live centerpiece that will bloom during the season. You start by placing an Amaryllis bulb (in its own pot) in the center of your plate. When you put eucalyptus and berries surrounding the pot, you have your touch of green and red for the holidays and the surprise of the Amaryllis growing before your very eyes!
With a little imagination and a touch of extra sparkly glitter, you can even change a simple greenery and berry centerpiece into something fun! There is really nothing more special than a centerpiece that is unique!
